Scope

These terms apply to your use of MIDI Aid, provided by Tobias Wissmüller (Ramus Labs).

If you get MIDI Aid from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, the EULA prevails.

If you get it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms of service apply as well.

Warranty and liability

We build MIDI Aid with care but cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
