This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from third parties. Fonts and images are served from our own server.

Controller

Server log files

When you visit the site, our server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the requested address, the amount of data transferred, referrer and browser identification. This is needed to deliver the site and fend off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest and never combined with other data.

Hosting

The site runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement with Hetzner is in place (Art. 28 GDPR).

Email

When you write to us, we process your message and address to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Our mailbox is hosted by Fastmail Pty Ltd with storage in the EU. We delete support correspondence once it is no longer needed, at the latest after three years.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3)). Write to hello@ramuslabs.com.

Most data never reaches us. It stays on your device or in your own iCloud account, and you can delete it yourself at any time by removing the app or its files.

Right to lodge a complaint

You can complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state where you live. The authority responsible for us is: Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.

Children

Our apps work without an account and do not ask for your age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

Changes

When the app or the law changes, we update this policy. The version published here applies.
