Terms of use

Last updated: 31 October 2026

Scope

These terms apply to your use of Frame Storyboard, provided by Tobias Wissmüller (Ramus Labs).

If you get Frame Storyboard from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, the EULA prevails.

If you get it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms of service apply as well.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The price is shown in the app before you buy and charged to your store account on confirmation.
  • Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • “Restore purchases” in the app makes the subscription available on another device with the same store account.
  • You can cancel any time in your store account settings: Apple’s guide · Google’s guide.

Warranty and liability

We build Frame Storyboard with care but cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

“Unlimited scripts”

Frame is free for one script with every feature. The “Unlimited scripts” subscription costs €0.99 a month, renews automatically every month and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current month. The price in your currency is shown before you buy. On iPhone, iPad and Mac you buy it through the App Store, on Android through Google Play; the rules above apply.

Buying on Windows and the web

On Windows and in the web version there is no app store. There you buy the subscription directly from us, the operator named in the imprint, on a checkout page of RevenueCat Web Billing; Stripe processes the payment.

  • The contract is concluded when you complete the purchase on the checkout page. You receive a confirmation by email.
  • The subscription is charged to the payment method you entered, each month in advance, until you cancel.
  • You can cancel at any time through the link in your confirmation email or by writing to hello+frame@ramuslabs.com. The subscription then ends at the end of the month already paid.
  • “Restore purchases” in the stores does not apply here: the subscription is tied to the anonymous ID of the installation it was bought on. If you move to a new computer, write to us and we will help.

Right of withdrawal (for purchases on Windows and the web)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded. To exercise it, tell us (Tobias Wissmüller, Groschenweg 41g, 81825 München, Germany, hello+frame@ramuslabs.com) by a clear statement, for example an email, that you withdraw. Sending the statement before the period ends is enough.

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days, using the same means of payment you used. If you asked for the subscription to start during the withdrawal period, you pay an amount proportionate to the time it was active until you told us about the withdrawal.

For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, the store’s refund and withdrawal rules apply.
