Terms of use

Last updated: 5 November 2026

Scope

These terms apply to your use of Bento Lists, provided by Tobias Wissmüller (Ramus Labs).

If you get Bento Lists from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, the EULA prevails.

If you get it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms of service apply as well.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The price is shown in the app before you buy and charged to your store account on confirmation.
  • Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • “Restore purchases” in the app makes the subscription available on another device with the same store account.
  • You can cancel any time in your store account settings: Apple’s guide · Google’s guide.

Warranty and liability

We build Bento Lists with care but cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

Subscription

Bento Lists is free with unlimited Lists and Boxes and one open Event at a time. The monthly subscription costs €0.99 a month, lets you keep as many Events open as you like, renews automatically every month and can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the current month. The price in your currency is shown before you buy. On iPhone, iPad and Mac you buy it through the App Store, on Android through Google Play; the rules above apply. For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, the store’s refund and withdrawal rules apply.
