Terms of use

Scope

These terms apply to your use of Beatrep, provided by Tobias Wissmüller (Ramus Labs).

If you get Beatrep from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, the EULA prevails.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • The price is shown in the app before you buy and charged to your store account on confirmation.
  • Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
  • “Restore purchases” in the app makes the subscription available on another device with the same store account.
  • You can cancel any time in your store account settings: Apple’s guide.

Warranty and liability

We build Beatrep with care but cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
