Scope

These terms apply to your use of AFuP Karten, provided by Tobias Wissmüller (Ramus Labs).

If you get AFuP Karten from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, the EULA prevails.

If you get it from Google Play, Google Play’s terms of service apply as well.

In-app purchases

Purchases are handled by the store and linked to your store account. Use “Restore purchases” in the app to get them back on another device. Refunds are requested from the store.

Advertising

The free version shows ads. How data is processed for them is described in the privacy policy.

Warranty and liability

We build AFuP Karten with care but cannot promise it is free of errors or always available. Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; otherwise only for breach of essential obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
